Sub-Hub brings bidders and bids together, providing a national, online planroom and communications resource that can dramatically improve your efficiency and success in the construction bidding process. Three components make your bidding process easier, faster and enable you to reach the right people for your project:
- A national public planroom where sub contractors and general contractors can view, order, or download plans associated with posted bid opportunities.
- A national address book (database) of sub contractors and general contractors.
- A Web-based bid notification center.
Each time a project is posted to the planroom, Sub-Hub automatically sends a notification to the appropriate recipients/audiences in our system's address book. This project notification links the recipient to our Sub-Hub planroom where plans can be viewed and ordered from more than 300 repro shops nationwide. Sub-Hub members (subscribers) will also have the opportunity to download print files from the Sub-Hub planroom for their own on-site printing.
